At The All Nice, we offer a variety of products, some of which we ship directly and others that are fulfilled by our production partners through a made-to-order model. Here’s what to expect when it comes to shipping:

  • Made-to-Order Products: These items are printed and fulfilled by our production partners. Processing times vary, but most made-to-order products ship within 5-10 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.

  • Non-Made-to-Order Products: Items we ship directly are typically sent via USPS Ground Shipping. Processing time is usually 1-3 business days, with estimated shipping times ranging from 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both made-to-order and non-made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before taxes and discounts). This applies to both made-to-order and non-made-to-order items. Choose the Free Shipping option either in the Cart or Checkout to receive free shipping when your order qualifies.

Return Policy for Made-to-Order Products

Thank you for shopping with The All Nice! We appreciate your support of our small business. To provide unique and high-quality items, we use a made-to-order business model for some of our products. You will notice these products are marked as “made-to-order” on their respective product pages.

No Returns or Exchanges on Made-to-Order Items
Since our made-to-order products are custom-printed just for you, we do not hold inventory or offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please be sure to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Changes
Orders for made-to-order items are processed promptly after purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

For products that are not marked as “made-to-order,” we offer returns or exchanges under certain conditions. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [email protected] with the following details:
